This course intends to get you started in the field of wood carving. You will get to know about the tools and the techniques and will try different kinds of wood and the course will focus on the simple techniques that enable beginners to add a touch of innovation to their projects.

COURSE TOPICS:

  • Get introduced to carving and texturing.
  • Learn the tools and their main categories.
  • Learn how to sharpen carving chisels and gauges.
  • Practice carving on natural and manufactured wood.
  • Practice basic strokes and techniques
  • Practical implementation and applying finish to your project.

COURSE DURATION:

  • Total of 3 sessions 3 hrs each ( total of 9 hrs).
  • Sessions are over 2 weeks.
  • Morning round from 10 am till 1 pm. – Evening round from 6 pm till 9 pm.

INVESTMENT & BENEFITS:

  • No prior experience is required.
  • A set of carving and sharpening tools is included in the price and is yours to keep so that you continue practicing immediately.
  • Maximum of 6 participants per round.

REFUND POLICY:

  • 50% refund if cancelled more than 1 week before the course start date.
  • 20% refund if cancelled less than 1 week before the course start date.
  • No refund after the course starts.
